- How does Arcus see the nights ahead?
- Arcus reads every row of the files you give it, and today's news from your town and from the countries your guests come from, and shows you, night by night for the next ninety, how full you are likely to be, at what rate, and how many rooms there are to clean.
- Arcus is new. Who uses it?
- Arcus is new, and there are no customer stories to show you yet. That is why the demo needs no account, and why every new account starts with three free full-day briefs.
- What if a brief goes wrong?
- If a brief fails, its credit comes straight back.
- Do credits run out?
- No. Credits add up and never expire, including the ones a plan adds each month.
- Can I stop?
- Yes. Write to us from the Contact page and we cancel your plan, with no penalty. Credits already on your account stay yours. Annual plans are paid once and are not refunded.
- Do I have to install anything?
- No. Arcus opens in any browser, and installs on a phone straight from the browser, with no app store.
- Do we have to type in all our data?
- No. Drop in your PMS export, staff list and rate sheet as CSV or Excel, as they are and of any length. Arcus reads every row and shows you the totals and the columns it read before anything is saved.
- Who answers when something is wrong?
